Do you ship orders outside of the US?
Zone-365 aspires to be the number 1 choice for all-natural, organic, and cruelty-free anti-aging skincare products of consumers around the globe. Thus, we offer our skincare products internationally. However, orders of consumers who are located outside of the US should be made on our Amazon store.
Does Zone-365 Offer Free Shipping?
We’re offering standard free shipping on all orders across the US. We also offer same-day order processing to make your shopping from home easier and enjoyable than ever!
How many days is the expected time of delivery of my order/s?
With standard shipping, if you order during weekdays (excluding weekends), it will only take 1 day of processing and the transit time will take up to 5 business days. If you want your order to arrive within two days, the shipping fee is an extra $3.95 while 1-day shipping is an extra $9.95.
Is it allowed to change the shipping address after successfully placing an order?
If you contact us the same day, we will do our best to update the shipping address. If not, we will need to wait for the return of the product and reprocess it again.
If I had to return an item I ordered, how long will it take for me to get a refund?
Most of our products carry a specific money-back guarantee, return, or exchange policy starting from the date that you received our product. You may check with customer service for information.
To return or exchange a product, please contact our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number and return the product within the required time period specific to your product. Products that come with a money-back guarantee will receive a refund of the purchase price, less any applicable shipping and handling, and restocking fee/fees. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to returned products that occur in transit. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you for, or not refund any amounts attributable to, such products or loss or damage.
